Companies that have Suspended Business with Huawei So far

As we all are aware about the cold war between China and U.S and hence Huawei is heavily affected as Mr. Donald Trump has ordered US Organizations to stop any sort of Business with China based company Huawei.

We already updated you earlier, in our previous articles on what exactly took place between U.S and China and since, this is an ongoing story, we would like to update you about the recent happenings related to China, U.S (Huawei) issue.

Since, we all know that all of the biggest & well-known tech giants like Google, Qualcomm, Intel & Broadcom have already decided to cut business ties with Huawei and this time ARM has also included into the list of companies that are mentioned above.

According to reports, the company (ARM) has issued a memo to its staff with instructions to suspend all of the contracts as well as pending engagements with Huawei, which is definitely not a good news for the company (Huawei) as well as its customers.

ARM has also intimidated Huawei, that it will not be offering support and delivery technology to the company and it will not discuss any technical matters with Huawei as well. For Huawei, things are getting tougher day-by-day and without ARM it will surely be very difficult for Huawei to at least manufacture a device for instance; Huawei’s P30 Pro is actually powered by Kirin 980 chipset with ARM’s manufactured Cortex A76 as well as A55 Cores.

What is ARM:

ARM is basically owned by SoftBank (Japan). The company is also based out of United Kingdom and provides the IP for the chip and also delivers cloud services that enable organizations to manage the deployment of products throughout their life cycle.

Moreover, ARM also offers a complete Internet Of Things (IoT) solutions for its partners as well as customers. The company has a Global headquarter in the UK at 110, Fulbourn Road, Cambridge, CB1 9NJ, United Kingdom.

Huawei has recently collaborated with Aptoide and is thinking to create its own Play Store like application as an alternative to Google Play Store but the biggest question, after analysing all of the things that are taking place these days that comes to one’s mind is; How many associations or collaborations will Huawei do to manufacture its upcoming devices. According to latest reports Panasonic also joins Other companies i.e. Google, Intel, Qualcomm following US Ban and has announced that it will stop supplying components to Huawei due to security concerns.

Whereas, on the other hand UK Mobile Careers such as EE and Vodafone have also dropped Huawei Phones/Devices from the launch of their 5G Networks. Here we would like to mention that both of the Carriers were set to include Huawei Mate 20 X 5G (which was also supposed to be one of the World’s First 5G Capable Cell Phones) as part of their 5G Network Campaign.
